Refund policy

Happy Himalayan Water LLC Refund Policy

At Happy Himalayan Water LLC, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and services. We understand that there may be occasions where you need to request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures for refunds.

 1. Subscriptions

  • Cancellation: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please contact us at least 7 business days before your next scheduled delivery date to ensure the cancellation takes effect before the next shipment.

  • Refunds for Subscriptions: If you cancel your subscription, you will not be charged for any future deliveries. However, we do not offer refunds for subscription fees that have already been charged.

2. Individual Orders

  • Refund Requests: For individual orders, refund requests must be made within one day of receiving the product.

  • Authorization Required: All refund requests for individual orders are subject to approval. We reserve the right to authorize or deny refund requests based on the circumstances of each case.

  • Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

    • Product Defect: If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will issue a refund or send a replacement product.

    • Incorrect Product: If you receive the wrong product, we will issue a refund or send the correct product.

    • Unopened Products: If the product is returned unopened and in its original packaging, a refund may be issued, minus any applicable shipping fees.

    • Other Circumstances: Refunds may be considered for other exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

  • Non-Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

    • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for orders due to a change of mind.

    • Consumption: Once a product has been opened and consumed, we do not offer refunds.

    • Subscription Fees: Subscription fees that have already been charged are non-refundable.

3. Refund Process

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please allow 5 - 10 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to your account.
